• Drink plenty of water
  • Take sips between each bite of food
  • Drink something warm makes you filled up
  • Drinking something cold makes your body burn extra calories to keep you warm
  • Drink up to at least 3-4 glasses of water a day.
  • Spend your calories on healthy food such as fruit, veggies,and etc.
  • You will not feel hungry if you chew gum, drink diet soda, or coffee.

If you use these tips that I have given you in about 1 or 2 weeks you can loose up to 10 lbs!!
