Do about 150-200 a nite and work ur way up.  But the first time do not aim too high.  Start out at about 25-50.


Push Ups

Do 25-30 push ups to strengthen your arms.

Do 30-45 lunges to tighten up your legs and make oyu have a butt of steal!!
